Story

I've decided to enter this year's Charity Triathlon Race on 28th November 2008 in Eilat, Israel, in memory of my best friend Lincoln Abraham who tragically lost his life in the Boxing Day Tsunami, 2004. A foundation was set up in his name to raise money for several children's charities, and so far we've managed to raise over £75,000. The race will comprise of a 1.5km swim in the Red Sea, followed by a 40 km bike ride, finishing with a 10km run. Your donations would be gratefully accepted and EVERY penny raised will be going toward buying a new mini bus, with wheel chair access, for Kisharon so that its students will be able to enjoy the same access to the local community and its facilities that we all take for granted. As we have had quite a few drop out of the training (no names mentioned - we started out with 10 and ended up with 4 guys doing it!) we are coming in quite short of our target to raising £20K. So whether you support myself, Paul Simmons ( http://www.justgiving.com/pauljsimmons ) Robby Elias ( http://www.justgiving.com/robbyelias ) or Rami Clif ( http://www.justgiving.com/ramiclif ) makes no difference, what really matters is raising the full amount. I do hope that you will feel able to support this tremendously worthy cause and I thank you in advance for your support. Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Kisharon gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
