The Edith's Home Project works with total HIV/AIDS orphans in the community of Ngora, a small town in the Teso region of Uganda.

In July 2011 Rach and I are going out to the project which our church, Woodville Baptist Church, has supported for a number of years. We'll be staying with them for 3 weeks and helping out wherever we're needed, which could include teaching in the vocational college or at the local primary school, leading worship or giving sermons at the Church!
I've already paid for my flights and will be paying for my own accommodation. The project hasn't asked for a donation, as many do, but the work they do is so important to the community we're raising money for them.
Alex White (who will be in Uganda at the same time as me, but at a different place (see his page)) and I have decided to get hairless! The more we raise, the more hair is waxed/shaved from us. See the table below for details:

- 1 armpit waxed - £200
