'Third and Final'

With Chicago and London completed the final stage of my trilogy is getting closer, the New York Marathon.

Running in New York will see me achieve my goal of running in these three major marathons. This time I am looking to finish without any excuses, mishaps or help from 60 year old ladies   !!!!!!!!!

Training is proving harder than ever but its not as tough as my agreement to abstain from alcohol for three months.

More importantly I am running this time for what I believe is a very worthwhile charity, Bowel Cancer UK. It is a charitable organisation almost completely dependant on voluntary donations. Everyting that I am able to raise will help them to continue their work to save lives from bowel cancer by raising awareness, campaigning for best treatment and care and providing practical support and advice.

I am aware these requests for sponsorship are more and more frequent but if you are able to donate then I would like to thank you in advance for your support, it really is appreciated.
