Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page!

I am planning to take part in an Everest Base Camp Challenge organised by the St. Luke's Cancer Fund and G.U.T.S (Guildford Undetected Tumour Screening). I am hoping to raise a large amount of money through sponsorhip for both causes. The St Lukes Cancer Fund provides cancer treatment services and G.UT.S (Guildford Undetected Tumour Screening) relies solely on charitable donations to promote screening and early detection of bowel cancer.

The challenge involves a thirteen day strenuous trek to the base camp of Mount Everest. Donating through justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor me, The St Luke's Fund gets your money faster, and if you're a U.K taxpayer, justgiving claims 28% and aids this to your donation. All donations will be spilt equally between the two organisations.

It will be tough and will hopefully raise a lot of money for the improvement of Cancer Services. Even the smallest of donation will help fund the valuable service and excellent work provided by The St Luke's Cancer Fund to the South East of England.

So, please dig deep and sponsor me!

Thanks, Dave
