For those of you that dont know in febuary of 2009 i am taking part in a cycle ride through Vietnam and Cambodia travelling about 500kms from Ho Chi Min to Ankor wat to raise as much money as possible for Zoe's place childrens hospice in Middlesbrough. My training has started and so has the fundraising so please give whatever you can afford, every little helps as they say.
