I run 3-4 times a week and am now asking for support through sponsorship towards a very worthy cause. 

The CTRT Appeal for a cancer research and monitoring unit at Mount Vernon Hospital needs our support - I aim to run 100 miles over the next few months to help towards a £100K target our friend has set herself.

UPDATE (21/6/07) : 26 miles down! Definitely easier than running this distance all in one go in a marathon!!
