I am joining a party trekking from Kathmandu to Langtang in northern Nepal in November.  We shall be passing through Gossinkunda at over 14,000 feet on the way to our destination Kyanjin Gompa. 

Having undergone successful treatment for cancer of the larynx at Addenbrooke's hospital, I am dedicating this walk to raising funds for their head & neck cancer department.
