Thanks For Looking!!!!

Yes it is that time of year again when i am going to try and ask you to put your hands in your pockets and donate some money to the British Heart Foundation. 
However doing it this way you do not actually have to put your hand in your pocket but more tap tap tap a few buttons and make a donation over this secure website.

Last year Mark and I raised over £800 between us!!!! Thank you every one who helped to get to that amount last year!

This year I shall be going it alone (ahhhhh I hear you all cry) and I would like to beat my amount of over £400, so am aiming high and wanting to try and reach the half a grand mark!!!

So every one, please please donate anything to encourage me to get out training again to complete the 90 Mile route from Oxford to Cambridge.

Anything no matter how small an amount will help so dig deep!!!
