My story
Hi folks, David here.
I will be running the 2011 Bupa Great North Run in aid of Maggie's Cancer Caring Centres.
"Maggie's is about empowering people to live with, through and beyond cancer by bringing together professional help, communities of support and building design to create exceptional centres for cancer care." - maggiescentres.org
Maggie's is working towards raising £3million for a centre to be built at Newcastle's Freeman Hospital.
Hopefully, with your sponsorship, I will be able to contribute a small step towards this extremely worthy cause.
