On Sunday 6th July I ran the British 10K London run in 1 hour and 3 minutes. I didn't stop for a breather or walk any part of it. As you were all so generous I felt I owed it to you to put in some serious work!

Your generosity in sponsoring me certainly focused the mind and it was great to be able to raise so much (over £600) for the British Stammering Association.

The money raised will go towards the BSA's Information and Support Service, which helps thousands of people affected by stammering, particularly parents, whose children stammer. The BSA can help to provide the necessary information to ensure that children receive speech therapy and so never have to worry about stammering again.
