The Moorfields Eye Hospital Development Fund’s focus over the last few years has been a multi-million campaign to develop a centre of excellence dedicated to the treatment, research and prevention of eye disease in children. Since the opening of this award-winning centre in February 2007 by Her Majesty The Queen, the charity is focusing on supporting i) cutting-edge research ii) improving the patient experience and iii) the purchase of the most up-to-date specialist medical equipment. All of which allows Moorfields to continue to provide its patients with world-class treatment and care.
