Story

Hi,

I will be running in the Baxters Loch Ness marathon on the 5th of October 2008. I will be running in aid of MacMillan Cancer Support. Despite rumors in the national press I can confirm that this will not be an official attempt at the world record. But weather permitting I do plan on making it through the 26.2miles alive.

Photographic evidence will be provided. I'm not doing it at home on the kids Wii as some may suspect.

The weather permitting thing there was a joke btw. I'll be taking an umbrella, a sensible wooly hat and my favorite mittens (with the string joining them up the sleeves of my lycra skin suit). I'll probably take a flask of soup and camping chair as well in case I get tired.

In memery of Margaret O'Neill.
