In a forlorne attempt to offset the ravages of time and far more importantly to raise some much needed cash for a great little charity, I've decided to run the Flora London Marathon in April.

The charity I'm running for is the Brentwood Catholic Childrens Society. BCCS do some incredably valuable and challenging work with children who's lives are more difficult than most of us could possibly imagine. This is their prime fund raising event so the resposibility to do well both in the race and financially is huge.
