Little Havens Children's Hospice provides respite breaks, symptom control and end-of-life care for youngsters living with serious conditions and who are not expected to reach adulthood. It aims to make their journey - and that of the family - as comfortable as possible, creating special memories along the way. The love and care provided by the Care Team in the homely surroundings at Little Havens is as special and unique as the child. This could not continue without kind donations as it costs £2.3 million each year to keep the hospice open.

My story

Hi All,

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

I will be completing the 1,000 mile Lands End to John O' Groats cycle challenge between the 1st & 12th September 2009. It would therefore be appreciated if you would sponsor me for as much or as little as you can afford (every donation helps).

I have taken part in a number of charity rides but this time around ive given myself the harder challenge of going the extra mile (1,000 to be precise), but i hope you will agree with me that the cause is very worthwhile and the children of Little Havens will benefit from your support and generosity.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Little Havens Children's Hospice will receive your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure that 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
