I will be completing the 1,000 mile Lands End to John O' Groats cycle challenge between the 1st & 12th September 2009. It would therefore be appreciated if you would sponsor me for as much or as little as you can afford (every donation helps).

I have taken part in a number of charity rides but this time around ive given myself the harder challenge of going the extra mile (1,000 to be precise), but i hope you will agree with me that the cause is very worthwhile and the children of Little Havens will benefit from your support and generosity.
