I have decided to take the plunge and cycle as part of Oxford United's team from London to Amsterdam as part of the football league challenge and raising money for Prostate Cancer UK.

The two-day challenge from Leyton Orient to the Amsterdam Arena is approximately 150 miles.

Every year 40,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer and the money I raise will go towards fighting this and researching into new treatments.
