On the 10th and 11th September 2010 Paul, Dan and I will be attempting to cycle from Milton Keynes to The Pickering Arms, Thelwall, a total of 140 miles (plus a few for wrong turns!).  Supporting us on the way will be a team of 'physios', 'sports physcologists' and 'nutritionists', thank you ladies ;-)
