About my charity : Down Syndrome Extra 21 Down Syndrome Extra 21
It helps to promote equal opportunities for people with Down syndrome and offer support to them and their families. It promotes public awareness of Down syndrome and encourages and helps local support groups. It provides information through conferences, workshops, newsletters and its website.

Thank for visiting this page - hopefully you're here to do good, and not to send me a virus.

I've been training for over 3 months, haven't had a drop of alcohol since the 1st of January and have stopped eating crap. It's a massive lifestyle change, and I feel so much better, physically and mentally, but this isn't supposed to be about me - it's about running for a cause, for something you believe in.

Please give as much as you can for Extra 21. They're a great charity with a really good heart.

Thanks for all your words or support, laughter and looks of disbelief.  And especially thanks for your generosity. I know what it's like nowadays, and money is precious. I appreciate anything you can spare.
