I am doing the 10k Magic Roundabout run in Hay on Wye on 25 May http://www.hayhotfooters.co.uk/magicroundabout.htm.
I am planning to raise money for two charities BullyingUK and Papyrus following two tragic losses - one last year of a son to some great family friends and another of a son of a work colleague earlier this year.
BullyingUK helps give practical information and advice to young people and their parents concerning bullying through the website and by email, it includes work with schools, youth organisations, police forces and health trusts, running workshops and speaking at conferences. Papyrus (http://www.papyrus-uk.org/) is a voluntary UK organisation committed to the prevention of young suicide and the promotion of mental health and emotional wellbeing.
