Hello All
As you may be aware I will be demonstrating my alpha male credentials at the London Marathon on Sun 13th April.
This is my first and maybe my lastMarathon (if the way I feel in training is anything to go by)
Anyway I have decided to run for Carers UK.
Carers do a jolly good job helping out those wonderful unpaid carers who look after the ill, frail or disabled family member, friend or partner.
Carers give so much to society yet as a consequence of caring, they experience ill health, poverty and discrimination.

My brother has kicked of the proceedings very kindly my offering a great sum of money if I substantially beat his Marathon time…not expecting that to be too hard (sorry Rich you did actually great job finishing, something I have not done yet so I won’t get too cocky just yet)
