Margaret Dunse was one of the most important people in my life, who I've known for around 32 years or so. She was very much my second mum - from looking after me when my parents away to picking me off the street when a wheelie went slightly awry and I knocked my two front teeth out.
She had lived with the liver disease called PSC for 16 years and last year developed Cholangiocarcinoma. She died within 6 weeks of becoming ill, so I'm joining a 22 mile cycle ride to raise money for the British Liver Society who have agreed to ring fence some money to research earlier diagnosis.
Please give what you can - any amount will be hugely appreciated.
