So now,&nbsp;my friend <em>Damien Jones </em>and I are going to get on&nbsp;our bikes again and see </span></strong><em><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong><span style="color: red; font-family: Arial;">how far we can ride in 24 hours</span></strong></span></em><strong><span style="color: blue; font-family: Arial;">. We'll set off from the south coast and cycle as far north as possible in the allotted time (</span></strong><em><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong><span style="color: red; font-family: Arial;">we're aiming at 300mls +</span></strong></span></em><strong><span style="color: blue; font-family: Arial;">).
