AssetCo is proud to this year be taking a more active part in raising funds for 2 very worthwhile charities, both the Fire Fighters charity and the Rainbows hospice provide an invaluable service to the families that are in the unfortunate position of requiring their support.

A team of 5 walkers (including 3 directors from AssetCo) and 2 drivers will be attempting to conquer the 3 peaks challenge, which is to climb Ben Nevis, Scaffell Pike and Snowden within a 24 hour time period. The Rainbows Children’s Hospice (East Midlands)

Children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions come to the hospice for specialist respite stays, symptom management, palliative and end-of-life care. Their families, too, are supported and helped by Rainbows on their difficult journey.

At Rainbows the emphasis is on enriching life and making each minute of each short life count. Each child is treated as an individual and helped by the skilled, experienced team to get the most from life and enjoy it to the full.
