My story

 

Thank you for visiting Dawn and Gina's fundraising page.

"We have decided to take up this immense fundraising challenge to affirm our passionate conviction that everyone deserves a decent home - wherever they live in the world."

"With the money that you're helping us to raise, we'll be travelling to India in April 2007 to work alongside local families to build new homes. We'll be digging foundations, mixing concrete, plastering and painting, all in order to help create permanent homes for families in need."

"And whilst we're in India, some of the money that we've raised will be used to support Shelter's work with homeless and badly housed families in the UK, working alongside lots of organisations like our very own Midsummer Housing Association and Guinness Trust Group."

"If you're lucky enough to have a roof over your head and a nice comfy bed to sleep in tonight, please dig deep and sponsor us now, so that together we can provide decent homes for those that haven't."
