Hi my name is dawn stevenson and i am doing a sponsored slim for st andrews hospice. my goal is to lose 3 stone or more by 7th august 2008 which is 6 months.

My start weight is 16 st 7 pounds so my target weight is 13 st 7 pounds hopefully i will reach that target and go abit further.

1st week weight loss
weight= 15 st 13 pounds lost 8 pounds

10th march 2008 weight = 15st 9 pounds= total weight loss 12 pounds.

17th march 2008 weight= 15st 7 pounds= total weight loss 1 stone.

10th april 2008 weight= 15 st 2 pounds = total weight loss 1 stone 5 pounds

24th april 2008 weight=14st 11 pounds=total weight loss 1 stone 10 pounds

18th may 2008 weight =14 st 7 pounds=total weight loss 2 stone

well its 7th august and i have reached the end of my sponsored slim and my weight is = 14 st 2 pounds....so as you may see i have worked really hard but not quite reached my target, however please continue to sponsor me as i am still carrying on with the weight loss and would love to earn even more for the hospice.
