I am taking part in the David Livingstone footsteps challenge in Zambia on the 5th Nov this year for 10 days. The challenge combines trekking, kaiaking and white water rafting down the Zambezi in Africa and spending time at a Zambian orphanage offering help with the children and general upkeep of the bulding and surrounding area.
