Hi All, If you've been lucky enough to hear me moan about aching and hobbling around over the last 6months, missing numerous nights out and even more Jagerbombs. Its because I've been training to do the 2009 Edinburgh Marathon on 31st May. Why Edinburgh? - Its got lots of hills and it'll be hurt like hell! (Not like flat London- that's for wimps!)

I'm trying to raise some money for the British Heart Foundation to help raise awareness for the need to keep YOUR heart healthy and also help out to fund some of the brilliant research they are doing. Check out their website to see what they are up to www.bhf.org.uk
