When I decided to train for the London Triathlon, in memory of Rob Wainwright, who died from leukaemia nearly 6 years ago, I never imagined that it would also be in memory of his dad Mark who we recently tragically lost at the age of 42.
I thought that it would be a challenge to complete London Triathlon, but compared with the challenge Mark and Rob's family face, it will be a piece of cake.
