After 5 years and 6 attempts I finally bagged a place at The London Marathon!!! 2012 The Olympic Year..........this must be some kind of omen! 

After Triathlon, Ironman and an attempt to swim the English Channel (to be revisited!!) I have arrived back at plain old simple running!  

The Plan.............to run under 3.15hours so next year I am garunteed a Good For Age place (now I'm over 40!), this means I've gotta shave almost 4 minutes of my PB which I did in Dublin nearly 4 years ago!!!

It wont be easy but I gunna try!!!!!
