I'm in training for an Iron Man - yes an Iron Man!  I'm not known to be a fit person, but I've really got to get training for this event.

It's in Switzerland next July (2010) and it consists of a 2.5 Mile swim + a 112 mile bike ride + a 26 mile run - all in one day without a break.

I'm doing it with 3 other local people that I've met and become friends with. We are keeping each other going, sharing training, training tips and lots of motivation for each other!

I'd really appreciate anything you can donate as I don't often ask for donations, but this really is a special event that I need to have a lot of motivation to complete.
