"I'm losin' it"

On 4th November 2008, I embarked upon a diet to lose a substantial amount of weight.  On 10th March 2009, I acheived my target weight. 

In total I lost over 45kg.

I have now begun 'Phase II' of the "I'm losin' it" activity - maintaining it!

To help keep me motivated on my new exercise regime, I will be undertaking a London to Paris Cycle ride in from 9th - 13th September on behalf of RMHC.
