Hi All,

I'm coming out of retirement to do one last triathlon (on these shores anyway!) and would like, with your help, to raise some more money for the excellent Emily Ash Trust charity.

This is my 3rd year doing Triathlons for them and this year its become so popular we've even got our own wave at the Tri 4 Life Triathlon at Dorney Lake on Sunday 6th September. Come down if you can as its a really nice venue where their holding the Rowing for the 2012 Olympics. I think there's a get together after too.

Anyway, I know these are hard times but they could always be a lot worse so please dig deep!
