hi everyone i have served in the british army with the 1st battalion the royal anglian regiment alongside some of the bravest people immaginable and i am asking you to just give a little bit of your money to help pay for the injured soildiers who have served in afghanistan and all around the world. they all do such a great job and i am looking to raise as much money as i can by running the london marathon for them!!
hi everyone just an update on my training
my training is going good im just recovering from an ankle operation so im breaking myself in gently. I started doing a few 4 mile runs on my own then i run a couple of 6 milers with my dog untill all her paws started bleeding (poor cow) so im back to running on my own now i will keep you all updated on how it is going. thanks for your support DEAN
