Those of you who know me well, know that for some years I have walked and run to raise money for Breast & Womens' Cancers, as they were the contributing factors in the demise of mum.

I thought it was about time I raised some money for dad - and The Stroke Association have granted me my bond place in the Great South Run so that I can do this.
