The Wadsworth Pavilion is a very attractive and unusual building, but lacks any facilities.  To create this building into a rural hub of activity and information we need to put in the infrastructure to achieve this.  Hence, I am kick starting this, by raising funds by cycling from Exeter to London finishing at the House of Commons, 200 miles in 3 days
