The Palace to Palace is a cycle ride from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle, raising vital funds for The Prince’s Trust.

For the second time I will be undertaking the 45 mile cycle challenge in support of the charity to raise money to help change the lives of the UK's most disadvantaged young people.

I will be looking to smash last year's time so am training harder than ever for this! Chris has decided to join me in the painful training as well so we'll be cycling together.

Please support me with this and donate! Not every young person has been given the same opportunities and best start in life (that most of us have been given).

This is our opportunity to give back a little.
