I can't believe I'm doing it. The sponsorship will really help. My Dad has found it difficult since my Mum died in Christmas 2006. However counseling has helped him and he now has some good days. A lot of the counseling on offer is provided by charity organisations. We all continue to do as much as we can.

Not long to go now and I am still in one piece, just. The training has been tough especially over the Winter. I've had some good advice and tried to stick at it, most of the time successfully. When your training it does seem so much further than when you just think about it!
