Hello Deborah, what have you done now? I've volunteered to cycle 220 miles along the Loire valley to raise money for Biking for Children in Care. Starting 25th June.
Have you plot the lost? I'm probably one wheel short of a unicycle - but it's all for a good cause.
Have you ever cycled 220 miles before? Not exactly. But I can manage 5 miles to work. I am sure that the encouragement and support of my sponsors will see me through. Plus the padding on my saddle.

At any one time there are 74,000 children in the UK separated from their families living in residential or foster care. The vast majority of children placed in care are there because they have been abused or severely neglected by their parents. By supporting Biking for Children in Care you can be assured you will be making a difference to some of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged children in country.
Last year the Biking for Children in Care event raised over £40,000 for a project to help foster carers and residential care workers to better support the children in their care and help them make informed decisions that will improve their life outcomes. This year money raised from the event will support a highly important project which will improve the literacy skills of children in care and help them express themselves through creative writing.
