Dear All , Well it is that time of year ..and yes I am regretting the day I agreed to do the Great North Run for the 5th time. Brendan is also regretting the day he agreed to push me round with a plaster cast on my leg......luckily for him that was removed only 4 weeks ago and I have been pounding the streets of Hitchin ( or should I say Letchworth!) since then trying to look like an Olympic athlete!! Brendan I have to say has done no training at all ..he is relying on his stunning performance in the New York marathon and his northern grit to get him round....Ummm....Yes we are both completely mad.....however we will finish this and we won't be that far behind the elite!!
