Story

Hi,

I'm Declan Trezise. I will be running the British 10K London run this summer on the 12th of July. I'm running to support the Meniere's Society!

Now I'll be the first to say I'm not a great runner and in truth haven't really been any good at running since I was in school but I'm determined to put in the effort and time training to get fit so that I can raise money and awareness for the Meniere's Society.

The Meniere's Society is a small charity that raises money to fund research and provide support for sufferers of Meniere's disease. Meniere's disease affects the inner ear and upsets a person's sense of balance and hearing giving symptoms like vertigo, tinnitus and deafness, for sufferers it can be hugely debilitating and restrictive.

The Meniere's society doesn’t receive ANY government funding so relies 100% on generosity of donations.

Please please please donate if you can! You'll help motivate me to be fitter and faster if you do!
