As part of my drive towards middle age, I continue this obsession with fundraising with another event for the British Heart Foundation - a really worthwhile cause.

The Hearts First Viking Coast Trail is a tough 32 mile loop around the Thanet coast that can be a tricky in sunshine and a nightmare in the rain - keep your fingers crossed!
