At 9am on Saturday 25^th July I will start the biggest challenge of my life!  I will be paddling a kayak from Stone, Staffordshire to the Trent Falls on the Humber (approx 165 miles). Until March 29^th I had never even sat in a kayak before and this is a completely new experience to me.  

I am hoping to complete this challenge within 6-7 days.  This is by far the most strenuous challenge I have ever undertaken since supporting this great cause.  

The support and sponsorship I have received from family, friends, colleagues and businesses has always been outstanding .  My goal this year is to raise even more money to help and support all those wonderful people less fortunate than ourselves.  If you feel you can help me by donating to this charitable event, I would be more than grateful.
