We are all slimming down to fit into our Christmas dress with the aim of looking trim in time for Christmas. This involves the humiliation of a weekly weigh in at our office!
As part of our slimdown, we are also training for a 10k run which will take place on Sunday 13 December 2009 at Tatton Park. We are raising money for our office charity -Francis House Hospice. Francis House Hospice is a hospice for terminally ill children and also offers care and support for both children and their families. The service is founded on a belief in the sanctity of life and respect for the dignity of every person. Francis House values the understanding, visions and attitudes to life and death of all of the children and families who allow them the privilege of being alongside them through their times of stress, pain and confusion
