About my charity : British Orthopaedic Association British Orthopaedic Association
The British Orthopaedic Foundation's Joint Action appeal seeks funds to support research into trauma and orthopaedic surgery. It is estimated that 50% of people will require some form of orthopaedic treatment in their lifetime, whether from accidents or injury or because of conditions such as arthritis and osteoporosis. The aim is to "Keep Britain mobile".

Many thanks for your support...I'm gonna need all the support I can get...I'm not a long distance runner by any means! Those who know me will be aware that all my sports are intermittent sprint sports, and endurance means nothing to me!
