The Afghanistan Trust gives assistance to soldiers of The 3rd Battalion The Parachute Regiment who were wounded in action, or the dependants of those killed in action in Afghanistan. It achieves this through financial and welfare support. It also sustains the memories of the loss of life and sacrifices made by the soldiers of The 3rd Battalion The Parachute Regiment in Afghanistan.

My story

In memory of our darling son, Sgt Major Michael 'Mark' Williams of 2 Para. Myself and other members of our close family and also many friends,along with and all welcome past and present members of the Parachute Regiment,will be walking to the summit of Pen-Y-Fan mountain in Brecon,Wales on Saturday 29th August to raise as much money as possible for the injured and heroic personnel from the Afghanistan conflict. Please,please show your support for this worthy cause to honour the great effort and sacrifice that our brave son and all other armed forces are doing and have done for us.
