Its that time of year again when i beg, plead even threaten, you my family and friends to dig deep and sponsor my 2008 London Marathon run. This year I am raising funds for Addaction a charity close to mine, Ben, Georgia, and Sams heart. Its been five years since Steve died from Alcoholism and we know only too well how little support there is for both the sufferer and their families. Addaction goes a long way to address this, and for this reason we support it wholeheartedly.  Please know that I am extremely grateful for every penny that is donated, it certainly makes all the training easier.

Thank you to everyone who turned out for last nights Quiz night. We had a great evening and hope you all had fun.We raised a fantastic £531  for addaction and raised the profile of the charity in the process !! Next goal ....to complete tomorrows 20 mile run in one piece !!!!!!!
