On Wednesday 17th June 2009 I will be running the Lisburn half marathon. I have been training hard, and hope to complete it in under 2 hours.

Update 17/06/09 Denise completed the half marathon on an evening that had sunshine and showers, with a cool breeze blowing. You can see her unofficial time in the photograph.
