In memory of one of my colleagues at Sterling Insurance Group, I am taking part in the 12km fundraising walk in Richmond Park around the Tamsin Trail on Sunday the 21st of September 2008.

This charity aims to make a positive difference to the lives of sufferers of Crohn's Disease, Colitis and Bowel Cancers.
