We have 80 different services providing care and support in these areas: Addictions, Children & Families, Counselling & Support, Criminal Justice, Homelessness, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Older People.

Marathon girl is back and running for charity !! This time for Bluebell, a charity based in Edinburgh under the umbrella of Crossreach (see below left hand corner)

Bluebell support families affected by Post Natal Depression, as well as raising awareness and helping to reduce any stigma.

As some of you may know I had Post Natal Depression after the birth of my first child, nearly 12 years ago. I am not ashamed of  the fact I suffered from this illness as it's not something I chose to have and am telling you this because I  want to help raise awareness and reduce  the stigma associated with this  and other mental health issues!!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DIG DEEP  - 10,000 WOMEN IN SCOTLAND EVERY YEAR ARE EFFECTED BY THIS DEBILITATING ILLNESS, ALONG WITH THEIR FAMILIES.

PLEASE HELP ME TO HELP OTHERS AVOID THE PROLONGED DARKNESS OF POST NATAL DEPRESSION!!  RAISING MONEY WILL HELP ENSURE BLUEBELL ARE ABLE TO GET HELP TO THOSE WHO NEED IT!!
