<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>On the 19th of May I am taking part in the Lanzarote Ironman. This consists of swimming 2.4 miles (3800m)&nbsp;in the sea, cycling 112 miles (180kms) and finishing with a full marathon 26.2 miles. All this and in temperatures of up to 90 degrees.
